[FIXED] Dalaran Fishing

Bug description: You cannot fish in Dalaran ( not in old Dalaran too ) and because of this you cannot complete some achievments like Chasing Marcia or The Coin Master . The Coin Master achievment is needed for Accomplished Angler which rewards you with < Salty > title. When you click fishing skill it says interrupted and won't launch the pole in water.

I am sorry if it's a duplicate report, i didn't find any. If it's duplicate, please at least bump the first post. I really want this bug to be fixed. Thank you all for your patience.

I tried fishing there today and can confirm that fishing isn't working in Dal

Confirmed, without it noone can fish up drowned mana which is very useful
