[REJECTED] No concordance Scepter of Sargeras

Bug description: Scepter of Sargeras is not showing concordance traits. To the best of my knowledge every steps have been done. Can't do quest from Calydus [Finding the Scepter] so I'm out of ideas. Opened a few tickets but I keep getting told to do quests (which I have done)

Actually I say Concordance but it's the name I found online. I'm talking about the new traits for weapons.

you have to do only the last step of empower here. get 35 traits on the weapon you want to empower and do the broken shore intro scenario and then go to violet citadel, a quest called Gift of the Six will wait you there and that will empower your artifact.
