Mage Tower is activated I just noticed it so it was my bad, you can delete the topic or leave it here maybe for other people that will be as silly as me

The chests spawned from the Mage Tower should also count towards the quest.

The Veiled Wyrmtongue Chests that spawn when the Mage Tower is active do count for this quest.

I still have the same problem for months, I loot the chests but they do not count for the mission.

They work fine. You're not supposed to collect veiled ones for the quest, though. You should be looking for Hidden Wyrmtongue Caches.
