[FIXED] [Item] Demonsteel Stirrups still not working

Bug description: The item doesn't allow gathering on mount. Claimed to be fixed, but still doesn't work. Tried after server restart, crafted a brand new one, no luck.

I can confirm it too , Demonsteel Stirrups are still not working properly i keep getting dismounted while gathering

P.s.= i tried using also legion mining enchant and without it and still the same. So it's nothing linked to the enchant on hands i guess is something else probably the item itself not working at all

I initially fixed it only for Herbalism by mistake, should be ok after next restart
