[DUPLICATE] Order Hall champions armor set ilvl upgrade items

Bug description: The items linked above should replace the ones we have from 7.1 which used to upgrade champion ilvl to 850 max, and these 7.2 versions do it till 900 max. All previous sources (including missions) for https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=136412&&name=heavy-armor-set / https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=137207&&name=fortified-armor-set / https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=137208&&name=indestructible-armor-set should now award the 7.2 versions. As well the current source for the 7.2 versions seems to only be the chest from donating to broken shore buildings

Instead of experience, boosting the champion's item level requires the use of the champion armaments up to item level of 900:
Bulky Armor Set: +5 to item level
Spiked Armor Set: +10 to item level
Invincible Armor Set: +15 to item level

Prior to patch 7.2, players could obtain older versions of the items above. These items can only boost the champion's item level up to 850 and they can't be acquired anymore:
Heavy Armor Set: +5 to item level
Fortified Armor Set: +10 to item level
Indestructible Armor Set: +15 to item level

This might be a related bug if their ilvl is capped to a wrong value, and if they cannot get higher ilvl because of the old items then it's irrelevant since old 7.0.3 tokens should be removed.
