Bug description: Ancient tome of teleport dalaran cannot be looted from Ancient tome in Scarlet halls, therefore cant learn the teleportation spell.

Proof: wow-freakz link (https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=82469&&name=ancient-tome-of-teleport-dalaran) doesn't contain obtain location,
wow-freakz link (https://www.wow-freakz.com/object_finder.php?object=212968&&name=ancient-tome) doesn't have a loot table.
