[Hunter][All] pet follow movement

Bug description: Pets are taking paths to reach hunter and can be out ran/losing them easily on mount , movement speed buffs on hunter or changing platforms.
They should be sticking to hunter at all situations since they have no aura affecting their movement speed.
Proof:
in this vid it shows how poorly pets are trying to keep up with mount movement speed also going back and forth which slows them even more.
