[DUPLICATE] [Professions: Mining and Herbalism] - No skill points after around 700

Bug description: Mining and herbalism gain no skill points when farming spots on the Broken Isles after reaching a certain skill level. With mining this is around 700, herbalism even lower. I cannot provide the exact numbers due to a handful of skillpoints gained by Darkmoon quests.
Although this does not affect farming the spots, it is related to the achievement above, which cannot be completed due to this bug.
Proof: I would need to provide a minutes long video running a farming route, which I unfortunately cannot do. But it can be easily tested.

I can correct that since mining and herbalism not skilling up since like 8-9 months and we can't complete this achievement because herbalism stucked at 180 https://www.wow-freakz.com/achievements.php?achievement=10583&&name=legion-master-of-all
