[FIXED] Prestige Level Stuck

Bug description: Can't prestige, it is suppose to be auto prestige but i can't go prestige level 11.

I was stuck with honor bug before lost more than 2000 honor that day, now after fix i cant further prestige.
also is there anyway to recover the lost honor if i have proof?

please fix this please.......... tried clean cache, getting more honor, nothing works

yeah, and its annoing, its a pvp week, bonus from battlegrounds and tottaly wasted with the honor bug first and now this

lots of honor wasted for a week now... other people winning the race of prestige...while we are stuck... please fix this,

well is not a winning race of prestige, but is annoing that we can't rank up, on a week that helps pvp from bg.

Could someone fix this? 1 week and yet no fix. I am reaching honor level 50 soon. This bug is really important for us, pvp players.
