Details: (optional) MID RAID , we went from goroth to harjatan , while we were waiting for the encounter to start i started looking trough the appearance collection, then a random loading screen started, loaded atleast 3 times, the third time I got sent on the character screen without the shoulders equipped this happened in front of harjatan. PROOF: SCREENSHOTS +ARMORY .
