Bug description: The npc does not give me the quest, therefore I can´t continue with the storyline and can´t finish my pathfinder. Is there any possible way you could delete my quest progress in Valsarah and I could start from scratch or is there any other way how to solve this

You never initiated the Val'sharah quest chain from the scouting map in your order hall, go check there.

When you take the quest for Val'sharah, The Tranquil Forest, you should be asked to go to Dalaran and from there to fly to Val'sharah.
