Bug description: Whenever it procs , it locks you down for 5 seconds out of all spells even though you aren't even casting.
How it should work: Locks you down only if it procs during your cast,and probably should lock only one school of spells not all.

Can confirm. Silences you for 5s every quaking, not just ones that go off while you were casting. Meaning you cant cast for a good quarter or more of the dungeon no matter what you do.

Confirmed. The interrupt should happen and lock spells of that school only if ur ACTIVELY casting when the inner circle of Quake expands to full(in 3 seconds) and the Quake damage is done.
