Bug description: I don't get the recipes for the required quest items.

You should be able to interact with those anvils in front of you, in the screenshot. They should allow you to make the items for the quest.

It didn't work. I still didn't have the recipes.

But, when I wanted to record that it doesn't work, I thought that it'd be a good idea to abandon the quest, take it again, and show that I still don't get the recipes. Fortunately, I got the recipes.

Issue is fixed.
