WoW Freakz link: [Frostfire Ridge] Shipbuilding (questline to unlock Tanaan Jungle)

Bug description: when NPC gives you the blueprint and you click on it it says "learning" but nothing happens. So it its impossible to unlock Tanaan Jungle following questline. ( according to the guide) Zacromwolf lvl 110 mage.

Can also confirm, it's in the chain of quests to unlock tanaan, so currently there is no way to unlock tanaan for hord, i can do it on my alliance characters, but can’t do it on any horde characters.
