Details: After I had completed the artifact scenario for felo'melorne and defeated Lyandra Sunstrider, there was nothing to interact with or talk to to get the artifact. I closed my game and reentered, nothing. I teleported out hoping for something to happen and the quest was gone, and I still do not have the weapon.

You have to redo the quest to get it, ask a gm by making a ticket or as on freakz discord
