Pocket Pet Portal-no effect

Bug description: Finished the achievment for the 30 pet quests and got this item in my mail and when I used it is supposed to give me 500 more space in the pet inventory but after usage I didn't get anything.

PS:If you fix the item please send another in the mail for me to use.

I confirm this problem 100%... i finished the archieve 'Battle on the Broken Isles' and got 'Pocket pet portal' but this did not increase the maximum number from 1000 to 1500
