hi i am reached level 110 with demon hunter and i am not recivered the hearth stone of dalaran.
My Character name:Demonlegion

Check the "reward from" section of the item on the item finder. Make sure you completed at least one of the quests if you haven't you should go do one of them.

If you already did one of the quests to get the item and somehow lost it, make an item recovery request.
