Bug description: Vol'jin is not interactable.

After I managed to kill the Sea Witch, I go back to turn in the quest to Vol'jin, but nothing happens. There's no icon to talk to him, at all. Even with another quest related to talking to Vol'jin, nothing happens, no dialogue box, nothing.

I just tested it and was able to turn in the quest.
