Bug description:
When you kill Lesser Infernal, you should drop the Infernal Power Core [ID: 49200] as horde, or Infernal Power Core [ID: 49220] as alliance.

As horde, i've found the Alliance side of this item... and i could be able to take an alliance quest and complete it too... except for the fact that (of course) the NPC used to turn in that quest is (of course) hostile.

So, the problem is: confusion between the 2 items... ID: 49200 is for Horde, ID: 49220 is for Alliance.
As you can see, the loot of the Lesser Infernal is provided only for the item for alliance side, and not for horde too...

Proof:
As horde i can take Jugkar's Undoing [ID: 14376] instead of Jugkar's Undoing [ID: 14344]
