[DUPLICATE] Quest didn't give credit to achievement

Bug description: I have completed all the quests for the achievement but the quest "Take Out the Head..." didn't give credit to the achievement. (I couldn't do the last 2 quests without doing this one).

I have the same issue, but for me it started with Relieved of Their Valuables.

Bug description: I finished all quests for the achievement. Started out with the quest Relieved of Their Valuables appearing as incomplete while the other 3 quests after showed as completed. But after a relogg and deleting the cache, it removed the last 2 quests needed for completion from being completed to incomplete, along with keeping Relieved of Their Valuables as incomplete. So far, this has only happened to the character in the screenshots. None of my other alts have this problem.

now the last 2 quests are gray for the achievement too.
