Bug description: The NPC required for this quest spawns correctly, yet it's impossible to turn in the quest if you're high leveled, because the scaled damage immediately kills the NPC, no matter what you do. It is supposed to turn friendly at a certain point so that you can turn in the quest. But that's impossible if it's dead instantly.

Fixed - quest will be simply rewarded if you do too much damage on him.
