Details: (optional) hello. i was doing skirmish arena .after some wins i noticed that my marksmanship weapon is missing with some other items . so i checked website and recovered them but i could not recover my marksmanship weapon which is (Thas'dorah, Legacy of the Windrunners ).
im mainly marksman and that was my weapon with bis relics and traits on it
as i said i cant recover my marksman weapon from website pls do something for me i need that weapon back
it happend to me long time ago like 2 year ago and u have sent me back a 750weapon with out relics and trait
pls dont do the same those relic was bis and lots of trait
i really need it back

hello sir. about 1 day and half ago some of my items has gone missing inculeding my survival artifact weapon and marksmanship artifact weapon and some other items like trinket and gear. i used item recovery option on site i could recover my gear and survival artifact weapon but the main problem is i could not recover my marksmanship weapon . in long time ago this happend to me so i made topic on forum and they sent me a 750 artifact weapon with out traits and relic (it was a new weapon not mine ) it was long time ago and i dont want to mention about past . i want to say this i have 2 missing marksmanship weapon on website so i cant recover my marksman artifact weapon. i already made topic on forum but no answer after almost 2 days . i messaged gms devs on discord but still i couldn't get any attention to my problem . im mainly marksmanship and i got 57 traits and bis relics on it i dont want to lose them.i already missed a tos mythic because of this problem dont want to lose another.
