[FIXED] [Item] [Legendary] Aggramar's Stride doesnt work with mastery

Bug description: on item it says whichever is highest stat it will give 75% of that in movement speed so as you can see on images when i have 86% mastery my highest stat it gives 14% MS because of my crit and when i increase my crit and lower my mastery to 72% it goes up to 23% ms but it should give 75% MS of my mastery not crit because my mastery is the highest stat

Have you checked the RATINGS? mouse over your stats and check those numbers

I don't sleep because Arms is bork.

Crit 5,594 (19.99%) - Mastery 12,265 (86.99%) : MS : 114%
Crit 6.284 (21.71%) - Mastery 13.258 (92.58) : MS : 116%
Crit 9,998 (30.99%) - Mastery 9,719 (72.67%) : MS : 123%

as you can see my highest MS should be with 13.258 Mastery but its with 9.998 Crit !

Mastery (and Versatility) were added in 7.2 according to patch notes

Fixed (not fully sure if the calculations for mastery/versatility @ Aggramar are correct, we'll see
