the pants that players loot from the eggs, and the ones that are selled by the npc https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=151804&&name=black-tuxedo-pants, are not green, and it's necesary for 2 achievements.

That´s probably all the problem with the bugged achivs: both are related to dresses (find the items, and kiss wearing them).
It would be a disgrace that we can't complete world event meta-achievement only for these two items.

the vendors are in town near capitals: alliance https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=32836&&name=noblegarden-vendor, horde: https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=32837&&name=noblegarden-merchant

Fixes are live.

You have to loot the items again.
