[REJECTED] artifact weapon disappeared

Details: (optional) hello. in my last topic (https://forum.wow-freakz.com/view-post-5884010.html) i said i can not recover my artifact weapon because there are 2 marksmanship weapon and for that i can't recover my artifact.
its an old problem 2 year ago i lost my marksmanship weapon and POWER had sent me back another weapon (not the exact one i had) the link of my old topic that i lost my artifact for first time (https://forum.wow-freakz.com/view-post-5625910.html)

now let me explain : there are 2 MM weapon on website .one of them is the first artifact i had and lost it
and i got new weapon . now the new one its disappeared too. and now i have 2 missing weapon(same type) on website and this is the problem . none of them are not recover able .
