Bug description: this is my 2nd bug report, compare for yourself the difference working valkiry.... I don't know why, but my first bug report has been deleted but the problem hasn't gone away, walkera also runs for the opponents and not to fly it you need to stand close to start shooting, and it does not change target when she is ordered to change targets

I feel The shoulder lego doesnt work well with dark arbiter looks like it increases only 10-20%

Confirmed Dark arbiter doesnt change targets or else doesnt do anything if the targets die

The valkyr is set to attack after a certain period of time and it also chases the target only if its casted from range , but her attack starts exactly 2.5 seconds after she has been casted and her 1st hit lands at around 15 seconds .
But I can cofirm that the Dark Arbiter doesn't swap targets it keeps attacking the same target for the end of it's duration .

Normally if the target is LoSing the Dark arbiter she is gonna stop casting and chase him or if the target outranges her .

Are you saying that its ok for dark arbiter to start hitting when only 15 sec of her cd remain ?????? it should start as soon as it lands on the ground since her there is no animation, it makes it just messed up

What you see is the code from SIMC. It SHOULD have a large delay (confusion time) after being summoned. Usually around 2.5s (on average). This means it will start casting at 17.5s, it has around 1.5s cast time, so it finishes @ 16s. With the flight time on the projectile, yes it is normal for the first hit to land at around 15 seconds.

Ye as already stated the delay is intended and it should be that way . DA is used mostly on ST focus and I understand there are some priority swappings, but it shouldnt be that much of an issue.
