[COMPLETED] artifact weapon disappeared

Details: (optional) in last 2 topic i said i cant recover my artifact weapon and i know i must have empty slot in main backpack but this is not the problem . the problem is there are 2 same type artifact weapon in that page.

there are 2 artifact weapon there i cant recover any of them just delete one of them from there (i mean from my char date base) . and so i can recover one of them .
i mean some how help to to recover one of them and delete the other one .
or if there is not any way to do this delete both of them and send me a new artifact weapon .
just do something please
