[REJECTED] Quest storyline suramar

WoW Freakz link: storyline suramar "A Growing Crisis"
Bug description: On Thursday April 4th 2019 I completed all the suramar storyline quests except 1, "A GROWING CRISIS" I killed the boss raid xavius,
dropping [Purified Life Essence] item, delivered the quest and continued the next "A CHANGE OF SEASON" storyline by completing it.
checking on wowhead and gamepedia I have done all the quests but still not giving me completed that of "A GROWING CRISIS" I searched all the npc that can give the quest but none from nothing. I have no active quests in the log and by opening the tickets on the game the GMs can't help me.
What should I do to finish this quest?
