T19 vs T20

I was just wondering if the current tier set, T20, is better than T19, so I did a quick calc on stats from obtaining 955 ilvl tier set pieces. I'm considering the chest, head, cloak and legs, seeing as delusions (shoulders) is currently BiS with the ring, and gloves go well in the Jacin's Ruse set (with boots). The following is a stat summary of those 4 tier pieces (combined agility is the same, all pieces are 955 ilvl):

T19
Crit: 2771
Haste: 1319
Mastery: 1631
Versatility: 1507

T20
Crit: 2203
Haste: 2641
Mastery: 1276
Versatility: 1109

Considering that there is no soft or hard cap on crit for havoc, it's the main stat and should be prioritized as such. The 2p/4p bonuses for each tier is (from freakz database):

T19:
2p: Your fury generation from all abilities increased by 10%
4p: Increases your Chaos Strike critical strike chance by 8%

T20:
2p: Blade Dance's critical strike chance is increased by 20%
4p: Blade Dance refunds 20 fury if it hits at least one enemy

It seems like T19 4p is just strictly the best set bonus for havoc. Chaos Strike is your main damaging ability, it's the reason why people call this class out to have a "1-button" rotation. Also considering that T19 gives the most crit (haste can be compensated by other items), is there really any reason as to why donate for T20 rather than T19?

Edit: I have seen people talk about haste having a soft cap of around 20% with the chaos blades spec, but most just state the obvious: crit > anything else (no matter tier, no matter spec). 20% is also quite easily obtainable through off-pieces.

Can someone tell how T20 performs in comparison to T19, based on personal experience? If fury regen feels smoother with one or the other, or if you've found a certain "soft" cap for crit which you consider isn't worth going over etc.
