Bug description: the ingame quest pointer still points you to the shore while the guy you need to talk to is before that... many new players constantly ask about it and its rather tiering to keep on directing them to the right location cause its easily missed... and since its one of the pandaria starting quests, many new players cant get past it because of that and just give up.

Fixed - spawned parachutes near quest giver that will teleport player to the quest ender.
