Hunter Class Hall quest - A New Invention

A quest providing one of the basic features for beast master hunters since patch 7.0.3 not avaialble in-game at all. It is apparent from the quest helper link that no NPC is marked as starter for this quest, and that should be the case for Image of Mimiron (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=110424&&name=image-of-mimiron).

I can confirm this Bug, Mimiron should trigger a Quest after a small conversation with him but Players are not able to interact with him.
Sadly BM Hunters are forced that way to play with the normal Hati appearance.
A fix would be awesome for alot of Hunters
