Same problem when you try to enter the cave all the mobs inside disappear. As an extra The shlithering darkness quest can not be completed.

confirm; as you enter in "Hibernal Cavern" all the mobs disappears and you cannot use the provided item (https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=42838&&name=runed-harness) on the required NPC (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=29563&&name=injured-icemaw-matriarch)

Edit: as I abandon the quest all the npc's spawns again
