Quest "Devastating Effects" Hunter

Hello everyone, I have a problem in my hunter class headquarters, nobody gives me the mission "Devastating Effects" that unlocks the last champion already and tried everything but nothing works, help please

That's right, I comply with all the conditions I have all the active champions and complete "A Hero's Weapon", but even so they do not give me the quest.
