[FIXED] [Hunter][Talent][Barrage] Vertical size is way too small.

Bug description: Barrage has vertical size too small. It feels in every key, every raid, everywhere when you stay just a little bit up or down while facing your target. It doesn't hit your target and this is not normal at all, i mean just look at the videos i posted here. I can't even damage last boss in EoA with barrage, i need to go melee range to damage it most of the times.

It's the horizontal arc that has been broken. It used to work perfectly in 7.1.5 but some tard posted a bogus claim it's bugged and ofc the class guide with no wow knowledge confirmed it as usual. Vertical arc was sort of fixed so u don't pull mobs thru floor if they're above or below u. Barrage is completely broken now and not worth taking. U miss 99% of mobs even tho u r in front of them.

Would be so nice if a developer could take back the script of barrage from 7.1.5 and put/modify it for 7.2.5. It's impossible to not have a file with the script saved somwhere. Yes, it was pulling everywhere, but if you knew how to use it and when , you had no problem. Idc if i have animation or not, i want it to work properly. Look on the videos i posted and you will understand.

The Horizontal size is also broken, in 7.1.5 it was a little bit bigger than now and i checked every single site and patch notes and everything about 7.2 and 7.2.5 and there is NO change about the size or shape or vertical size or horizontal size. The Horizontal size should have a form of " V " on a distance of 40 yards. This means the 2 corners of the " V " ( left and right ) should end at the 40 yards "invisible line" let's say.

Barrage horizontal cone and vertical cone are not effective reaching targets supposed to be reached with barrage cast.
it should be 90 degree angle cone in front of the hunter horizontally and vertically.
