[REJECTED] High Mountain: Rite of Blood

Proof:
{High Mountain} = {Rite of Blood} High Mountain quest chain.
This might only be specific to me alone, however I have watch a high multitude of people come down the cave to where Navarrogg is located for this quest. There is supposed to be a red label npc attackable next to Navarrogg. You can clearly see that I have no dialog to express with Navarrogg, and that the npc is nowhere near Navarrogg. I have reset the quest 100 times, dropped the quest, exited the game deleted my cache, went to website to delete cookies. Only thing left from my side I know I can do is delete this game entirely and go about life without it.

Replicate my problem by simply going down the cave getting caught in the forced CC, then afk threw the dialog between the targetable npc and Navvarrogg

Abandon the quest and retake it

I did that about 100 times, and I even went about deleting my cache folder, and the entire WTF folder. I just deleted the game thanks.
