Bug description: Before you start the fight at the begining of the pull you can have the 15% increase damage from the 4p bonus ..but if you are allready in a fight the 4p bonus is not working anymore .That's means if you are allready in encounter you don't have that 15% increase damage.
As you can see in video a normal shot of Cobra Shot is around 348,908 and my Bestial Wrath give me 48% increase damage.So the cobra shot damage with 4p bonus and bestial wrath should be 348.908 + 219.812 =568.720 where 219.812 is 63% from 348.908 (48% from BW +15% from 4p bonus).

Confirmed.

same damage done with 4 set bonus and without it , it doesn't buff the damage in general.
it should add the damage for example bw gives 50% with cobra shot hitting 300k without 4p with bw it will be 450k
so with 4p it should be 495k it means the 45k from the 15% should be added.

No, you are wrong. The spell works perfectly. You forgot that when you were trying without BW, you had a concordance proc. When you had BW, you didn't have the Concordance. Obviously your math won't work.
