Details: I accidentally baught the wrong Heirloom Item with voting points, because i was never playing the game on english. (Im from Germany.) So i thaught that the heirloom i baught was the right one but when i took it on to my character i noticed that it was the wrong item. Now i wanted to ask if i can refund this one to get the right Heirloom into my Account.
