Details: Obtained @ Bonus Roll Shoulderplates of Crackling Flame from Goroth 16/05/2019 - 07:04 am (armory) then i logged another character, when i re logged this character, bum! shoulders gone, checked the website recovery system but couldnt find the lost item (sorry for my english)
