Bug description: This talent obviously doesn't work!
Proof: I didn't test it for Arcane Shot, But I have tested it with [Sidewinders] (talent:7/1) and it didn't work!

Confirmed.

Sidewinders procs steady focus always as it should ,but when you start using other abilities sidewinders stops proccing steady focus and it needs to be casted twice to proc it, same like arcane shot.
