WoW Freakz spell link: Efflorescence and Spring Blossoms

Bug description: The problem from here still persists. Long story short: when a player within Efflorescence is affected by Spring Blossoms, it should not be healed by Efflorescence again (and therefore have the Spring Blossoms buff refreshed), unless all the players in the Efflorescence have the Spring Blossoms buff. At the moment, Efflorescence still spam heals the same 3 targets.
