Problem with quest, worgen and night elf.

Good evening to all, I noticed problems with two races, the first is with the worgen, after finishing the initial part I should not be in stormwind I checked on the internet after being captured you start the adventure somewhere else, so why am I there without any quests or plot? and second, the night elves there are missing missions that break the thread of the plot in practice after a couple of missions I don't know where to go, is it a bug or something else?
