Bug description:

These slows have DR, it is gamebreaking in PVE and PVP alike, melee just run arround freely and nobody can stop them.

Update: it works ok in PVE, i don.t do pve much and someone told me it.s ok PVE wise.

I confirm, I also want to add https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=235711 (wowhead link) from mage to the list. All these slow mechanics should work exactly as dk chains.

At minute 1:34 you can clearly see both mages spamming slows on warrior, none get DR from both their personal slow or slow from partner.
