Game regularly stops responding

So I'll be playing and then random the game stops responding. Like I can move around, but I can interact or talk on global. Non of the NPCs works and I can't attack enemies either. It seems to be random. Anyone else experience this? If I wait and don't Alt+F4 out, I get this error:

I'm running the following mods (all either 7.2.0 or 7.2.5 release versions:
Altoholic
Bartender4
DBM
Gathermate2
Handy Notesa - w/ Legion treasures plugin
Micks Scrolling Battle Text
Rare Scanner
Tom Tom
World Quest Tracker

Hmm, could be the addons. I've noticed ever since I've been on 7.2.5, I've been having a lot of FPS drops, and I'm running a high end machine, too.

Maybe test out without the addons and see if the game becomes more stable, if not, then I'm at a loss.

Yea Ive been trying to do that slowly. It happens so randomly though it's hard to nail down. I thought I had it fixed a couple times. It happened a lot more with ELVIS than with Spartan. Guess I'll see what happens disable the others one at a time and just play.
