[REJECTED] Cant see any npcs in Shal'Aran so I cant complete the quest Last Stand of The Moon Guard

Bug description: I'm doing this quest called Last Stand of The Moon Guard and my character Kafir got bugged, Your gms on the wow server jsut suggested me to go to wowhead I aint a damn retard so I cant do a simple turn in quest. My guidlies and people on global and wowhead.com told me that I had to turn in the quest in Shal'Aran Meredil Underground and Im litteraly standing on the spot where the NPC should be and its not showing any npc exept Subject 16 and a Nightelf, Please Try to help me I tried everything (abandon, delete cache, relog, exit game, disaable addons, went to a different location where she can stand)...Please help me its my last quest for Good Suramartian.
