Nobody will get banned as long as you mentioned, comply with the rules. You can opt to kick whoever gets invited into your guild and is Alliance.
It is as simple as it can gets.
There are no ILL intentions. Those are general rules that apply for everyone.

You were notified to do a internal clean-up, most explicitly because it's a bug. Continuous exploiting the bug and keeping other faction members in your guide have drawn this measure to be taken. Stop victimizing.
