Hello, today I bought from the Vote Shop the Scryers Tabard but I couldn't take it from my mail because I don't have the exalted rep. even though I've bought another tabards before and I've never needed the rep to take or equip it. Please help me with this problem, I don't want to lose the points. Best regards.
