WoW Freakz link:
Bug description:
The SpellQueueWindow command is one that is mostly used by players that often struggle with high/above normal latency. This command allows you to edit the "que" that the game uses to decide what spell you are using next. in low latency situation this is not needed because of the gcd being the same time for you and the server.

With high latency, i cast a spell/attack and, 0.3 seconds later the command reaches the server and my char attacks. Now i go on gcd for about 1sec, now rather than the normal 1sec gcd the server needs to communicate that im no longer on gcd before it accepts the next spell cast, it takes 0.3 seconds to come back to me and allow me to start casting again, which basically means my "gcd" is not 1 second, but 1.6 (0.3 for activation, 1 sec for actual gcd, 0.3 for resuming of attacks) . The SpellQueueWindow command however, allows you to que up spells/abilities in the downtime of the gcd so that i can then cast my next ability the moment its ready, server side.
This effectively knocks off 0.x (where x is the amount of ms you set spellqueuewindow to) seconds off your downtime when attacking because the server now knows you are lagging and allows you to que a spell that can be cast the moment the gcd is off cd on its end.
my explanation my lack a few key points/sense because of english and I apologize for that.
i have been playing for a while and Ive noticed my attacks come out really... slowly (by a while i mean a few weeks) and i realized that my SpellQueue has not been set. so i set it and after a few days of playing it made no difference at all. I walked into my orderhall and started attacking a training dummy with the intention of queing up attacks and i discovered that although the icon lights up like it should (during the end of the gcd to show its queued) it resets when the gcd ends and proceeds not to cast the next attack (tried this while spamming and while not spamming).
When i played a dh on retail, this setting gave me 180k extra dps, which is nothing to laugh at simply because i could use more spells.
I dont know if this issue is already posted here, i looked for a bit and couldnt find it.

Proof: Pc is not good enough to record video so rip but it is easy to replicate. type /Console SpellQueueWindow 400 and press enter. Go infront of any dummy/mob and cast a spell. before gcd ends, cast another spell and you should see it light u. the spell that just lighted up (which means its queued) wont cast. it will only be lighted up for a short duration but its not supposed to remain active for long, mostly 0.4 seconds or less
