Bug description: Brawn is not increasing the critical healing amount (have not tested for damage)
Proof: https://imgur.com/a/V2N5TaG you can see that critical amount is exactly 2x the normal amount (brawn not applied)

I can confirm for the dps part as well. It is kind of unfair that the damage/heal on crit part for tauren is not working as intended, as it makes playing tauren unfair given that only the stun stamina and herba work.

Confirm for both of them I only have a screen for healing, tho the damage part is easy to test too.
