Bug description: "Silvermoon" Harry should have a dialogue option to fight him for the debt. Here, he doesn't have this option and just opens his sale window.

/e: before there's a misunderstanding: I tested this quest AFTER having completed "Silvermoon" Harry's quests. I can't say what happens when you try it beforehand. Another problem that will almost certainly occur is that he needs to be under a certain percentage of HP to submit and hand over the quest item. So the easiest thing for high-level players like me would be to add the quest item to the loot table - if that's possible.
