After killing Demonic Inquisition the door to Sisters of the Moon is closed (that's where you're supposed to go with new LFR order). First set of trash near Goroth is up, while it should be the second one (after the "event"). If players trigger the event to spawn the 3 infernal trash mobs, Goroth spawns and gets pulled automatically, doors and barriers get locked for most players.

I removed the door on LFR, should be ok now
